Help Us Enlarge the Circle!

November 13, 2016

Dear friends,

Thank you for being our true friends all these years, supporting us in prayer, showing interest in everything we do and contributing to our cause. We've come so far because of God's grace and people like you. This home was built over 40 years ago, and now that we are about to embark on a major construction project for the Home, we are asking you to go with us one step further.

We are asking you to let all your friends and, if the Lord impresses it upon your heart, your congregations know about this project and its significance for the elderly believers in Israel. We would be grateful if you can share your personal knowledge and testimonies about the Home and direct your friends to this website and our Facebook page.

As we posted a couple of days earlier, on October 30th the Ebenezer Home Board approved the project of building a 12-bed nursing ward, reinforcing the existing building against earthquakes and building an additional floor, in accordance with the drawings prepared and presented to the Board at the meeting. Execution of this project will enable the Ebenezer Home to bring the entire facility up to the current standards required by the Israeli government authorities for elderly homes. It will also be a huge and very important step towards fulfilling our vision to provide full range of care for the elderly believers in the Land.

In 2011 we built and equipped bomb shelters on every floor of the Home in accordance with the then revised government requirements. We have not done any construction after that, and this project is much more extensive than the one of 2011. Another very important factor is that the renewal of our license to continue operating depends on fulfilling these present requirements.

Please visit this page often, as the project is going to move full speed now and we will be posting frequent updates here.
